- What counts as a member?
- A member is anyone on your team who creates and manages work: the catalogue, projects, quotes, invoices. Plans are priced on how many members you have, nothing else.
- What is a guest, and are they really free?
- Yes. Guests are the clients, builders and collaborators you share work with by link. They can view, comment and approve, with no account needed, and they are free and unlimited on every plan.
- Which currency am I billed in?
- Australian customers are billed in AUD, with GST included in the price shown. Everyone else is billed in USD, with any US sales tax added at checkout, and your bank converts to your local currency. Each plan is priced separately in each currency, so use the currency toggle above the plans to see yours.
- Can I change plans later?
- Any time. Move up or down as your team changes and your billing adjusts. Nothing is locked in.
- What are AI imports?
- Paste a product page URL and Specbook Orange builds the library item for you: image, price, dimensions, supplier and more. It is included on every plan.
- What happens after the free trial?
- 30 days, every feature, no credit card. When you are ready, pick a plan. Nothing is charged until you do.
